Welcome to CheckGeo.com (the "Website" or "Site"), operated by IntelliTrade Technologies L.L.C-FZ (registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.) (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", or "Company"). These Terms of Use ("ToU") govern your access to and use of the Website, the purchase of a subscription to the CheckGeo Digital Phone Tracker, and any related services provided by the Company (collectively, "Services"). The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy are integral parts of these Terms of Use.

1. Definitions

CheckGeo Digital Phone Tracker means the web-based digital location tracking service sold by IntelliTrade Technologies L.L.C-FZ through CheckGeo.com.

Subscription means a paid recurring access plan that grants you use of the CheckGeo Digital Phone Tracker service.

Account means the user account created upon purchase, through which you access the Service.

Payment Information means the full name, credit/debit card number, CVV, card expiry date, and any other information required to process payment.

2. General Provisions

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of adulthood in your country, to purchase from CheckGeo.com.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for ensuring your use of the CheckGeo Digital Phone Tracker complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must not share, transfer, or permit any third party to access your account or credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any suspected compromise of your password.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Website or Services, or refuse access to any user, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

3. The CheckGeo Digital Phone Tracker

CheckGeo.com provides a web-based digital phone tracking service. Access is delivered via login credentials sent to your email address upon successful purchase. The Service is accessible from any modern web browser on any device. No hardware or app download is required. Features and functionality may be updated or modified at our discretion.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

The CheckGeo Digital Phone Tracker is designed exclusively for lawful use. Tracking is only permitted for:

• Your own devices or assets;
• Your minor children, where you are the parent or legal guardian and such monitoring is lawful in your jurisdiction;
• Any adult individual who has given their full, explicit, and informed consent to being tracked.

Tracking any individual without their full knowledge and explicit consent is illegal and strictly prohibited. IntelliTrade Technologies L.L.C-FZ accepts no liability for any misuse of the service. If we become aware of unlawful use, we reserve the right to terminate account access and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

5. Subscription, Purchase and Payment

• All subscriptions are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
• Prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• Payment is processed securely via ClickBank (Click Sales, Inc.). We do not store any card or banking data.
• You will receive login credentials by email once your payment has been successfully processed.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@checkgeo.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Website, service, branding, and content belong to and are vested in IntelliTrade Technologies L.L.C-FZ or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the CheckGeo Digital Phone Tracker solely for personal, lawful purposes during your active subscription. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the service or Website without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELLITRADE TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND BUSINESS PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We are not responsible for any unlawful or improper use of the CheckGeo Digital Phone Tracker. The service is intended for lawful purposes only and must not be used in violation of the rights, freedoms, or interests of any third party.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntelliTrade Technologies L.L.C-FZ and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the service, or any breach by you of these Terms of Use.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of subscriptions after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.

13. Language

The original and legally binding version of these Terms of Use is written in English. Any translations are for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
