Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to the CheckGeo Digital Phone Tracker purchased through CheckGeo.com, operated by IntelliTrade Technologies L.L.C-FZ (Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.).

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your CheckGeo subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@checkgeo.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

2. Refund Terms

Any charges already processed or billed prior to cancellation are generally non-refundable, including cases where the subscription was only partially used. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Legal entitlement: If applicable law provides you with specific refund rights (including a statutory cooling-off period), you may submit a refund request as described below.
  • Verified technical issue: If a technical problem prevents the service from functioning as intended, and our support team verifies it as a bug that remains unresolved for 30 days, a refund may be granted. Please provide relevant technical details such as screenshots or error descriptions to support your request.

3. Cooling-Off Period (EEA and UK Users)

If you are located within the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), you have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date of purchase during which you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, provided that you have not used any paid features during the cooling-off period. If you choose to use the service during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel will be forfeited. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days at support@checkgeo.com.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@checkgeo.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Include any relevant supporting information such as screenshots or error descriptions. We will review your request and respond within 30 days of submission.

Please note that refunds may only be granted under the conditions described above, and we reserve the right to assess each request on a case-by-case basis.

5. ClickBank Purchases

All purchases through CheckGeo.com are processed by ClickBank (Click Sales, Inc.). For order support, you may also contact ClickBank directly at clickbank.com/support.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Subscription fees for periods already used are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as described in this policy.
